You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, simply use the return code included in the same SMSyou received when your parcel arrived.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the order amount minus shipping fees to your account within 7 business days.

If you’d prefer to exchange the item for another of the same value, we will send the new item after receiving your return.
